Papers will be thoroughly reviewed by at least 3 referees appointed by the Program Committee in order to identify their originality as well as their scientific and practical contribution to the state of the art.
Each Referee will complete a report on each paper using a pre-defined form, to be sent by email to the PC Chair.
Anonymous referee reports will be forwarded to the authors via e-mail by the Program Chair at least four weeks before the Program Committee meeting.
Authors will have the chance to provide clarifications or further comments based on the reviewer reports within one week.
The final decision will be based on the original referee reports as well as on the authors feedback.
In case of substantial differentiation of opinions on a paper, additional referees will be appointed by the Program Committee chair to provide independent points of view.
