• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Università di Pisa, with the thesis Modular Formal Frameworks for Module Systems, 1998.
• Laurea con lode in Computer Science, Università di Genova, with a thesis on theoretical aspects of object-oriented programming, 1992.

Current position

• Assistant professor at DISI, University of Genova since November 2000.
