Instructions on how to submit through EDAS are
here.
Papers will be selected based on scientific rigor, originality, novelty
and presentation quality. Each paper will be reviewed by at least 3
anonymous referees appointed by the Program Committee.
By submitting a paper to Hot-P2P, the authors
guarantee that no substantially identical paper is currently submitted
or accepted for publication elsewhere, nor are they going to submit a
substantially identical paper elsewhere pending the Hot-P2P revision
process.
A condition of submission is that, in case of acceptance, an author
will attend the workshop and give an oral contribution by presenting
the paper.
The IPDPS proceedings, including all the workshop papers, will be published in
in the IEEE Computer Society digital library. A CD containing full papers
is expected to be given to the participants attending the conference and/or workshops.
