The deadline for guaranteed requests is JULY 31. After this date requests are accepted, but there is no guarantee that they can be satisfied.

Hotel prices

Entries give the price range of a room per day inclusive of breakfast and taxes. Hotels are within walking distance (at most 500 meters) from the Conference Hotel, and all rooms have private bathrooms. If you want a single room, you may give as second option double used as single.

Requests will be handled on a first come first served basis, therefore it is advisable to send the hotel registration form well before the deadline. Confirmation to your reservation will be sent by fax (with price and address of the hotel).

Special requirements

If you have special requirements (e.g. you want half board, dietary restrictions, room arrangements for family or children), please specify them as part of the reservation information. DAVOR VIAGGI will do its best to find a hotel able to meet your requests.

Hotel guarantee

In order to guarantee your reservation a first night deposit is needed. The SIMPLEST WAY to do this is by CREDIT CARD. Otherwise you have to pay an advance deposit in ITALIAN LIRE (and without charges to the organizers) by:

Bank transfers should be made without charges to DAVOR VIAGGI, and should specify "EXPRESS 97" and the name of the person needing accommodation as reason for the transfer.

The exact amount to pay will be sent with your confirmation. Your reservation will be guaranteed only when payment for one night has been received.

Cancellations and refunds

To cancel please send a fax to DAVOR VIAGGI. If you cancel before AUGUST 15 you may ask for refund of the deposit (less a small administrative charge).
